Farah works with entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers to unlock new models of leadership. Her approach blends Gene Keys, Human Design, and the Enneagram with lived presence, creativity, and paradox. Over the years, she’s guided leaders and organizations across Africa, Europe, and Asia to move from extraction and hierarchy toward coherence and regenerative design. She is a mother of three teenage girls and deeply invested in them as prototypes of the “future human.” At heart, she is an artist who uses humor to heal from the epidemic of seriousness we live in, and she remains committed to helping people remember that nothing is missing—that they already are.
